If you completed your refund application before December 31, please refer to the content below.

1) Weverse Shop Cash transfer applicant

·  Applied during September 1, 2023 (Fri) ~ November 26, 2023 (Sun) : Refund completed

·  If you applied during November 27, 2023 (Mon) ~ December 13, 2023 (Sun), the refund will be processed in consecutive order starting from January 24, 2024 (Wed).

IF you failed to receive your Weverse Shop Cash, you either

Signed up on the Weverse app but did not sign up on the Weverse Shop app,

Entered the wrong email when signing up on the Weverse Shop, or

Switched the contact email and signup email for the Weverse Shop
